The event is officially hosted by Nathan Carter, Co-founder of Fulcra Leadership Group, who—alongside a team of local coaches and partner businesses—is committed to creating a high-impact experience that reflects the heart and potential of West Kentucky.

Nathan Carter is a leadership coach, author, and nonprofit executive with a passion for helping leaders grow with clarity, courage, and purpose. He is an Executive Director on the Maxwell Leadership Certified Team and the co-founder of Fulcra Leadership Group.
With over 20 years of experience in leadership and community development, Nathan brings a unique blend of strategic insight and relational depth to every room he leads. He also serves as Executive Director of HOPE Calloway, a nonprofit dedicated to transitional housing and support services. Nathan believes that great leadership starts with intentional growth—and that when leaders grow, entire communities are transformed.

Katrina Coffelt is an executive coach, licensed clinical counselor, and multi-business owner with a heart for helping people grow from the inside out. She is the co-founder of Fulcra Leadership Group and the owner of Bridges Family Center.
With a background that blends clinical expertise and business leadership, Katrina brings a unique lens to her coaching—equipping leaders with both emotional intelligence and practical tools for growth. She is a gifted communicator and an advocate for building teams rooted in trust, purpose, and personal well-being. Katrina’s work reflects her belief that healthy leaders create healthy organizations, and her coaching empowers others to lead with confidence, clarity, and compassion

Amie Tooley is a leadership coach and consultant who is passionate about helping others lead with purpose, clarity, and confidence. She is an Executive Director on the Maxwell Leadership Certified Team and the founder of Connective Consulting.
With over two decades of experience in education and organizational leadership, Amie has served in key roles such as Director of Human Resources and Director of Special Programs in the Paducah Public Schools system. She is a skilled facilitator of Maxwell DISC assessments and a trusted guide for individuals and teams ready to grow from the inside out. Amie’s coaching is grounded in her core belief: “Know yourself to grow yourself.” She brings insight, authenticity, and practical tools to every leader she works with.

Jarrod Martin is a leadership coach, communicator, and team strategist who is passionate about helping people discover how they work best—so they can lead with clarity and confidence. He is on staff at Journey Church and the founder of Martin Consulting Group.
Jarrod is a Certified Working Genius Facilitator, bringing practical insights to teams looking to boost productivity, morale, and collaboration. With experience in both ministry and organizational leadership, he creates engaging learning environments that inspire action and growth. Jarrod’s coaching and consulting are grounded in the belief that healthy teams start with self-awareness and purpose-driven leadership.
